We Have It All, is an original 14×11″ a floral abstract bouquet painting created during my residency at The Art Center in Dover, New Hampshire.
This painting belongs to the residency body of work Attending To Light. During the residency, intuitive abstractions and companion bouquet paintings developed together. The abstract works explored the source of light, while the bouquet paintings express how that light appears in daily life.
Because of this relationship, the bouquets feel both lively and grounded. They carry the energy of the abstract investigations while also offering a familiar subject that invites viewers into the work.
Color and Rhythm
