Stunning acrylic-framed original painting
I took my already over-the-bar stunning original painting and added professional custom acrylic framing. Prisma frame from Bella Moulding with a gorgeous double mat, and museum-quality glass ~ this piece is solid as a rock. It’s a stunning acrylic-framed original painting.
I extended the bouquet with the framing ~ communicating fresh air and expansion. A true collector’s dream with the character of an expressive abstract floral painting completed early in my career.
I used metallic paint for much of the background and accents on the vessel, but a flat sheen for the flowers and vessel body ~ the contrast is absolutely stunning. When the light shifts, the view shifts ~ it’s an experience that encourages interaction and conversation. Copper, gold, platinum…the effect is unique and gorgeous.
A Collector’s Dream
I Love How You Love Me is a collector’s dream ~ not because it is already framed with the artist’s choice ~ but moreso because it is an early work that has all of the characteristics of my signature style. The floral abstraction, the layers and expressive marks, the captivating use of sheens and metallics, the soft round shapes, the fresh air and warm comfort of the color palette, the composition and playfulness, and even the paper itself ~ all are hallmarks that have carried through in my work.
The weight of this custom piece disqualifies it for free shipping, but I’m happy to ship it at cost. I would deliver regionally, in person, at no additional charge.
