In Bloom is a 14×11″ original collaborative painting in the Add Your Mark series using acrylic and other media on Canson 136″ Oil & Acrylic paper. The paper was then mounted to 7/8″ deep cradled Birch wood panel with painted sides using Benjamin Moore Adriatic Sea for a complimentary finish. Ready to hang as is, or could also be framed to meet your decor needs.

Add Your Mark is an ongoing series started in 2024.
As an intuitive artist, I paint in response to stimuli of my environment, including memory and emotion that are often hard to label with words.
In this series, I invite others to add their mark to my work. I finish the pieces, which then reflect my process, the friendship of guests, and honor, as I strive to respect our mutual intentions to create something unique and special.
I brought supplies to various events where guests used paint, and other media to add their marks. The invitation to participate in the series is ongoing, and open internationally. One does not need to be present to send their mark to me. I had a social media friend participate from 3k miles away. She mailed handcrafted clay elements, and other items that I used for collage, process, and inspiration.
Your marks could be a song or poem that I could listen to or read, or a story that might inspire me, or any message or element. As long as the intention is to join with my creative spirit to create something unique that will benefit others. I invite YOU to participate.
